Does it fit tight against the top of the head or is there excess like a deflated balloon? Thanks

Fits perfectly to my head, but I usually fold/double up the bottom by about one inch all the way round. Depends on the size of one's head and how much hair one has. I would describe it as 'standard' fit ... it is not a skull cap!

Does the white beanie hat have a HH logo on the front?

I do not have IT in white. But the ones i have do have the logo embroydered in the same colour AS the hat - so quite discreet.
