Not recommended if very active
This product is great. I appreciate what it is ment to work for BUT … I love to listen to music from my phone while on the go and i am constantly on my feet at work. I walk lots throughout the day. The only problem i have is that the product keeps sliding down exposing what it’s ment to protect. No matter how many times i snap it back in place it doesn’t stay. I do believe I messed up my brand new headphones by constantly moving it back. For those who move around constantly i would not recommend. If you are using it for something that stays in one spot (charger, PC) and doesn’t move then this is what you need.

They really do the job.
These fit small cables and connectors best, but they'll even help protect larger cables and connectors. I ordered my first batch (10?) years ago through a different website, and am still using them. Ordered another box of them the other day when I realized I now have some more cables that are not protected. Klips are not exactly inexpensive, but I have found them to be worth every penny. They're pretty easy to slip onto the cables, too. Highly recommended.

Great way to protect your lightning to USB cable
I recently purchased a pair of the “TUDIA's klip snap on charging cable savers” for my wife's iPhone 5 USB to lightening charger cable. She recently had her iPhone lightening cable stop working properly from having the cable bend repeatedly as she plugs her cable in to the wall outlet behind the bed. Over time, the cable stops working from the small wires inside the cable breaking.Once I saw these cool snap on cable protectors by TUDIA, I immediately purchased for her new lightening to USB cable. The clips are very easy to snap on the ends of the lightning cable. Once snapped on the charging cable is protected and looks really slick!Overall, I think the TUDIA "klip snap on charging cable protectors" are a great add on to any iPhone lightening cable. I think these would be a great gift idea as well as they are unique and look super cool. My only complaint is the cost seems a little high when you can purchase a small generic USB to lightening cable for about the same price as these cable protectors.I have no affiliation with this company, these are entirely my views. I trust you found my product review helpful. If so, comment below and feel free to ask me questions, I will try my best to help.Happy shopping!

SAVE YOUR iPHONE CHARGER EVEN IF IT'S FRAYED
Apple's design deficiency--their lightning charger for iPhone/iPad, etc., is TUDIA's opportunity to shine, and these clips are great! We've had three of our iPhone's lightning cords fray (or break) at the point where the metal lightning tip meets the cord.( It's a giant pain in the neck, and Apple has a ton of complaints on their web page because of this issue, but these TUDIA clips can help.)TUDIA would have received an additional star, but the white clip that locks over the pastel-colored top is not strong enough to keep the whole Snap-On clip closed, but it is good enough to stop the problem. I have added a layer of electric tape over the top, just to be sure it holds. Also: if the cord has already frayed, but is still working, try one of these clips before you recycle it. You may be able to salvage it!

Sort of OK
For the price, these expensive little pieces of plastic should fit perfectly, but they don't. Everyone who uses apple cables knows they have a weak point where the reinforced part ends and the main cable begins. Over time, the cable bends sharply during use at this weak point and eventually the insulation breaks and exposes the wire. To solve this problem, these little snap on clips should close snugly over the reinforced part and the first half inch or so of the main cable to create a more gentle bend that won't stress and eventually break the insulation. If you can't fit the clip around that reinforced part, the main cable still will bend sharply at the weak point, so you still have the same problem. These clips do not fit snugly around the main cable -- there is a gap in the clip that doesn't close -- and the clips really don't fit over the reinforced part. I use them anyway, with the gap, and the problem seems to be more or less resolved, but it's not a tidy solution.

and I think it even made it worse. The Amazon cord is thicker and doesn't have ...
The Klip did not work with my Amazon Basics cord, and I think it even made it worse. The Amazon cord is thicker and doesn't have the little piece between the plug and cord like Apple's does. My Amazon cord is 10 inches and I have it at my bedside, which means it gets far more use than my short Apple cord, so I can use the Klip on my Apple cord, but I don't really use that one. I wound up using ugly electrical tape, which was preferable to buying a new 10-inch cord. I still give the Klip high marks for those who will be using it with another type of cord because the design and quality are great. Wish I had realized it wouldn't work with my specific cord before I spent the money on it.

... bought this in hopes that I'd be preventing something like this (see picture) from happening
I bought this in hopes that I'd be preventing something like this (see picture) from happening. This is a standard Apple charger, its also the 6 foot one, so I spend a good deal of cash on it, and intended to keep it nice, hence why I bought this Tudia Clip. When it showed up in the mail, I was very anxious to put it on, but installation was difficult. I realized that it not only wasn't ideal for my bed side table situation but also that it was not as nice looking in person as it does in the photos above. So I asked for a return and it was granted which meant I needed to take it off, and it was more difficult than putting in on. But thats not why I'm upset. I'm upset because trying to take it off ripped my cable at the neck (it was perfectly fine before that), and the past couple days its been getting worse even as I baby it and even refrain from using it (I'd use my other charger thats much shorter, how convenient for me). But because its ripped there, now I can't return my Tudia Klip because I need it to keep my charger in tact because even though it's ugly, its not as ugly as tape or glue. So there goes my refund AND my 6 foot lightning Apple charger. This product made itself a necessity, and it irritates me and my wallet.BUYERS!!! Either buy for a brand new cable or don't buy at all because it will suck out the life of your "used-like new" cable like it did to mine.

These are chunky on the cord and don’t fit the iPhone 13 charging cord very well.
I really had to struggle to get it on my charging cord. I found it to be a bit on the chunky side.

Purchased this almost a month ago and seems to be doing a great job so far
Fed up of my Apple chargers lasting only a few months before needing a replacement so thought I'd give this nifty gadget a go. Purchased this almost a month ago and seems to be doing a great job so far! Fits onto my iPhone 6S charger and reinforces the weakest area as required. Also handy to draw attention to which cable is mine (pretty much everyone has a iPhone cable these days!) with the bright colour. Looking into purchasing the multipack set for the rest of my household - iPad, several other iPhones etc. Would recommend although I do feel, for a small piece of plastic, this is quite overpriced at £5.49 (* hence -1 star) but hopefully this preventative measure will stop me from needing to fork out £15 for a new charger every few months.
