Recovering a Lost Flavor
I caught myself remembering that my mom used Fine Herbs in some of her favorite dishes. I realized that I hadn't thought about it because I didn't see it in the stores where I bought my groceries. I had even forgotten what the herbs tasted like together. So I'm glad the internet gave me a way to recover what turns out to be a very "mild" but full and rich flavor.
