Color is the expected tone but unfortunately it does not cover greys (the only reason why I dye my hair)

I would give this zero stars if possible the color advertised is in no way close the actual product, I'm talking dirty blonde versus dark brown, poor representation of product. Feeling scammed

The best for grey coverage!
I have "stubborn" grey areas and I've tried many other touch-up products and this is the best as far as coverage. Many others (even more expensive brands) do not cover as well or they fade quickly.
