We use Attends Supersorb Breathable All-in-One Underpads in a home care situation with a family member who is disabled and semi-incontinent. This underpad is our mainstay. It's strong, very absorbent, and breathable. It's not at all hot to lie on, when dry, and when wet, it draws moisture away from the skin, though with a large amount of fluid, the skin will stay moist and, if the wet pad is left on the bed too long, some moisture _can_ seep through to the bed linen. Our method of dealing with this is to keep a large, washable underpad (or sometimes additional disposable pads) under the fitted sheet. We use a waterproof mattress pad, as well -- sort of a belt-and-braces mentality, I suppose!We use two 30" x 36" pads on the top surface, one centered under the seat of the patient and one, tucked under the lower edge of the first pad, under the patient's legs. The second pad only gets wet occasionally, so it can be used through several bed-wetting events. If wet pads are removed soon after they become saturated, the sheet underneath will stay dry, so using a time-check or a bed-wetting alarm is very helpful, if the patient doesn't wake up and ask for assistance when wet.The Attends Supersorb Breathable pad has the head and foot of the bed indicated on the back, and the pad is textured in a way that will impede patient slippage on an adjustable bed if used in the right orientation.We have tried many brands and types of pads and this is the star performer for us. They soak up everything. My friends elderly father passed and he gave me the remaining pads to use for my elderly mother. What a God send. I will never buy the other brands again. They may cost a little more but considering I used to use 3 pads of the cheaper popular brands a night to keep my mom's bed dry, I end up saving on laundry soap and in keeping my mom from getting sores from getting wet, which means less expense on medications.These are the strongest pads on the market.

I first came across these in the hospital when they were used for my sister. They are BY FAR the most superior incontinence pads that I have seen.Years ago, I could only find them on a couple web-sites and paid a premium. I am grateful that they are now available on Amazon at a very goodprice. While they are still rather expensive the quality is excellent. They are thick, they will not pull apart, the lining does not bunch up and they seem to absorb the urine better. They are strong enough to use as pull sheets if necessary. I will not use anything else anymore. Make SURE youare ordering the Supersorb ASB-3036 as there are modified versions (e.g. 3036-G.) They modified versions ARE NOT THE SAME. Only get thewhite ones with blue writing.

Simply the best available! These are the standard by which other underpads are judged! I'm so pleased that they are fulfilled by Amazon now! And they're priced much lower than even 6 months ago! Keep up the good work Jeff Bezos!I'm mostly in bed - only way to address swelling in lower legs. So I'm on these Attends most of the time. If I'm careful, I can get 3 - 4 days from one. They are so durable that they'd literally last a week if it weren't for pressure sores from sitting. Once I get biological material on one part, I rotate the pad so I'm sitting on a clean part. That's how I extend my Attends! I also have an anti-microbial spray that I treat the slightly dotted part with - keeps the bacteria knocked down.

These are far and away the best underpads I have purchased. They are very absorbent and are extra large. The best part about them is the breathability. Some pads are cheaper but these cause no sweating or discomfort. They also stay in place much better than other pads...regardless of tossing and turning. They also don't bunch up so if there has not been an accident they can last another night. The absorbance also means if an accident occurs, most of the liquid is wicked away from the surface. All in all, I will certainly purchase these again.

These pads are very good and strong. They don't tear easily. They are strong enough for me to slide my elderly parent across the bed without them tearing. They are very absorbent. I don't like the cost; but I spend the money because I need a very good absorbent pad, and one that doesn't easily tear. I recommend these.

Came faster than expected. We got a few of the pads from the long term facility my father-in-law was in and loved them for my husband but could not find the size and quality anywhere until we checked Amazon. These are the best underpads around
