Ocean's Halo, Organic Rice Noodles, 6.3 Ounce

I bought these for my husband for his low sodium diet as opposed to ramen noodles. He seasons with alternative low sodium seasonings.

Good, but really sticky. Needs a little lube to separate the noodles.

Disgusting! I am aware of how to cook rice noodles. I normally let them sit in boiled hot water in a bowl. But this was a gooey mess! I thought I may have let them sit for too long, but the second noodles were a mix of gooey and hard. What is wrong with these noodles!? Was I suppose to boil them? But I think they would be even worst and more overcooked! There was no saving these and I threw them out (as well as the rest of the box) and went with either the rice noodles from the Asian store, or the mama instant ones. Anyone of them are just fine! These however i am not sure what these were. To be clear the ones I tried were the “ramen” ones, I won’t bother trying the others as from this brand as it’s not worth wasting more $…

Perfect for Pho; my Pho recipe stated dip the noodles in boiling hot water for 10-20 seconds and the noodles turned out great, not sticky. I've made a 2nd purchase and will continue to use them.

Very versatile and tasty for those of us who avoid other types if noodles. Easy and quick to prepare.

These have a really good consistency when cooked. I use them as ramen noodle substitute because I eat gluten free.

Very sticky, chewy, strange. I prefer the imported cold soak kind. These said to cook and I followed directions. They looked like little ramen packs. Not worth the money or calories.
