Do not believe the 5 star reviews on this product. It has no suction at all and is ineffective on small dents on refrigerators. When I requested a refund, I was told that it was not to be used on fridges, despite the description of the product indicating it is. The person who I was in touch with was extremely defensive and flat-out refused to understand why I would not want such a crappy product and would not accept my request for a return. DO NOT buy this product!

All these reviews can’t be real!!! There is NO instructions and the pieces don’t even stay in and are not suctioned at all!!

I thought this would be a quality product for removing a few dents in my stainless steel refrigerator door...I was mistaken...hopefully this product works on removing dents from vehicles because it didn't work on the refrigerator door

This dent pulling device is machined out of billet aluminum and is anodized, very nice for the price. It works well. My only issue is, I wish the bottom part was milled at a bevel allowing a pull from more angles. This is not an issue, just a detail that would bump this tool up to five stars. Part of the reviewing lists suction and stretch as options to rate. This tool has no suction or stretch, making those ratings irrelevant. This tool is a simple T that was machined out of two separate pieces and it works well.

Received this, no instructions (though the amazon page says it does come with instructions, it does not.) had to use google. Apparently it requires glue but not come with the glue. No indication on the amazon page that glue is required.Bad experience and am glad Amazon has a great return policy. Too bad they can't refund the 3 minutes I've wasted.

Many more parts were needed to use this tool and that was not made clear before the item was purchased. Returning the tool for not including a disclosure of what was really needed to complete the process!!

This product was not at all what I thought it was going to be. There are no suckers you have to use glue on the blue things in order to pull out the dent. Which I did not want to do for fear of taking the paint off me car.

Don't even waste your money. This does not work and is a complete piece of plastic junk. I had to throw it in the trash.
