My deco M9 has 3 units, 2 of them were easily placed flat in places that made sense and had power nearby.When I came to place the third, I found that the only flat surface in the area didn't have a nearby outlet, and the outlet available was across the room/hallway and had no decent flat surface nearby.This simple solution saved the day! It takes 3 second to install (snap the unit into the round area, plug the adapter through the top part into the wall outlet, tuck leftover cord to make it look good)It looks fine, it is no more obtrusive than a plug-in smoke alarm, and achieves all that without any holes or sticky stuff on the walls AND without choosing a fortune.

These holders are a perfect fit for the Deco units, offering a fairly clean look by hiding the excess power cord inside the unit. I was able to mount the unit simply by plugging the assembled unit into the wall electrical receptacle. You don’t really need these if you place your Deco unit on a table or desk, but I did not have as good a place to put them in a location offering the best wifi reception without these units..Cosmetically, they aren’t pretty but very functional. They are a bit larger than the original Deco’s and a bit imposing with this case. TP-link designed the attractive Deco units for a table or desk and I use the smaller Deco version on tables, etc at another location. You sacrifice design if you hang them in an aftermarket case.

Well made and functional but you need to pay attention about the way you outlet orientation. If vertical position (as advertised picture) it works well but if position is horizontal not well supported. It tends to bend.

Super easy to install, though I had to look at the picture on Amazon to do it right. I like the way it looks and I’m not worried that anyone will damage it, if it is hit. Worst case scenario is that it just unplugs. Wifi speeds appear unaffected based on my speed tests.

Having found out of sight places for two of my Decos I needed something/somewhere to place my third Deco. This item was simple to 'load' and provides a smart, tidy and accessible positioning on the Deco. Would highly recommend - even if $15 is a bit too high for what it is.

Great convenient way to mount the wifi mesh extender to the outlet. It works greats. I bought 4 of them.

I wanted to love these, I really did. My problem is that they are so freaking heavy once you hook everything up and plug everything in that it doesn't sit on the wall. It tilts forward. For my house, it doesn't fall out of the socket but I was hoping it would stay close to the wall. maybe I will get some velcro or something and put one end on the back and another end on the wall so it stays flush. Don't get me wrong, it is better than just sitting on the floor but I was hoping that it would work as advertised

These mounts are very well thought out and save a lot of counter space. I like my Deco(s) even more now after getting these. All the power cords are easily tucked away in a spiral pattern on the back of the mount so you don't see them. There is also a mounting screw to keep it flush with the wall in case there is not enough tension in your wall outlet to keep it from wanting to tilt forward from the weight of the Deco.

Looks better than without it. It’s pretty useful especially when you have to attach the mesh to the ceiling.

Easy install, make my deco nice and clean in the spot I want them to stay.
