I have been taking these pills for almost a month now. I like them. The pills are a medium sized gelcapsule. The bottle smells like apple juice to . The pills dont taste bad. So they are easy to take. Taking one a day I did not expect results but my eyelids are starting to feel fuller. My skin softer. So I am cool with that. I dont have a lot of wrinkle, mostly just my upper eyelid and I hope to not get too many so if this helps with that I will continue with them. I only recently learned of the benefits of phytoceramides and decided to give it a try. I purchased a few different brands, and I wasn't sure I was seeing any benefit. But I am already see and feel the difference in my skin. I haven't noticed any anti aging properties yet, but it's only been a few days.... BUT I see my skin balancing out and it feels so soft! I'm very excited to have discovered phytoceramides. These are also improving my hair and my nails grow stronger and faster!
