This product is amazing, and you really ought to give it a try.I live in the PNW where many of us are vitamin D deficient, and my blood works showed almost ZERO vitamin D2 and D3. I do consume products loaded with D3 almost daily too, but it obviously isn't absorbable or doing anything for me.That said, I haven't gotten a blood test recently or after taking this product, but I have been taking it now for months and I can tell you this..... my usual seasonal depression is 100 percent gone. I haven't changed my food or lifestyle in ANY way besides these pills (taken with a meal and made sure to be taken with fats). The results weren't immediately noticeable, however. It does take time for your body to absorb vitamin D and begin making it readily bio-available, but oh boy when it did become prevalent in my body it became noticeable. I took it for weeks feeling the same as normal, and weeks feeling better than I have in years, and it took me those weeks even following that to really stop and ask myself what did make me feel so great compared to normal.In have recently gotten sick as well despite the lock-down, and destroyed the sickness and it's following other ailments, knocked them straight out of the park! Even when I felt I was getting sick again a month later, it was turned on its head and I feel better than ever.I began coupling this vitamin with k2 mk7, vit C from elderberry, most recently zinc, and now with Boron and I feel almost euphorically good in body now at any given time of day. I have never felt this healthy since I was a young child.10/10 product, God bless the makers.

Finally, there's a vitamin d that I can take without a bad reaction! Hooray! I am very happy with your product so far. Normally, I cannot take vitamin d in any form. I've tried Vitamin D3 in a coconut oil base as well as supplements from the doctors office with the same result. I end up with frequent urination problems from all of the other brands that I've tried. Your product is excellent and has caused me no problems at all. In fact, since I started taking it, my levels went up and I found I was less hungry. That resulted in about 7 lbs. of weight loss over a period of about six weeks. I've told my family about your product and some have purchased it already on my recommendation. My mom is even willing to try it and she has major problems with vitamin d capsules. In her case, the other brands cause stiffness in her legs to the point that she cannot move her legs for an hour or so after taking it. I'm really hoping she will be able to tolerate this brand, too. Since it is food based (mushrooms) it should be O.K. for her, too. I'll let you know in a few weeks. Thank you so much for making this product available and for keeping it food based (mushrooms).

I like these because they’re a natural alternative to vitamin d but I haven’t used them long enough to tell if they’re actually helping or not.

I took D3 for years, many different brands. Somehow, after numerous health issues over the years I developed a major sensitivity to D3. Still to this day, anytime I take more than 1000iu I have a crazy gallbladder attack. I've tried to go easy on or even fast for months from D3 for three years (which is incredibly difficult for a 200lb, 6'2" male who lives in the extremely dark Willamette Valley), but that hasn't seemed to help my sensitivity. Anytime I begin to take more than 1000iu = gallbladder attack, every time.I also found out via 23andMe Health Testing that I have a combo of SNPs including VDRtaq which can make people genetically sensitive to D3. Also read research saying it could be an allergy/sensitivity to sheep's wool.REGARDLESS, to amend the issue I first began putting 2000iu total of topical D3 on the bottoms of my feet and in my armpits. That seemed to work fairly well but it's hard to dose that the quantities I need without spending an arm and a leg. I was also getting a tad bit of sensitivity in my liver/gallbladder region still.ENTER D2:I've been taking 5000iu of Organic Mushroom D2 for a week or two now, and I have had ZERO ISSUES!!! It doesn't seem to have the potency or immediate efficacy of D3, which makes sense since you have to digest it, but it is for sure giving me a nice balanced boost of energy. PRAISE GOD, I can survive and thrive through the dark rainy season again!

I'm not D deficient, but like others here, I developed a sensitivity to D3. I'm so happy to have a form of D that won't cause health problems for me. I will have my levels checked in a few months to make sure it's working. So far--I'm pleased!

This is the only vitamin D supplement I have found that does not give me muscle/nerve pain during digestion. It's very gentle, andci am so pleased!
