Excellent for my large dog!

My dog loves this. It's kind of like a little game for my golden retriever, since he likes to drink from the fountain part. This is good for big/large dogs since the bowl is very large. My dog is very slobbery and fussy about clean water, so I was getting tired of changing his water 5 times a day! This is also very quiet. I will say that you do need to follow the instructions, especially the ones about cleaning the parts before hand. I didn't clean all of them and ended up with black bits in the water. I disassembled, cleaned and all was fine... I should have followed the instructions the first time around. Instructions very good and easy to read! I do wish it was prettier though. If they made this in a different colour, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another!

Ordered this as our other water despenser packed in and decided our cats deserved an upgrade.Overall I am happy with the product. When fitting it together, and there are a few pieces, it did feel like the plastic could easily snap so just take your time but it does look good when put together and after a couple days the cats are used to it and regularly drink from it.However, as you can see in the picture, the pump isn't necessarily that poweful so there is a filter system in there but if anything falls in the water, it isn't pulled through the filter and just stays in the bowl which is a shame.I suppose it will encourage cleaning on our part though and the cats (I assume) couldn't care less. It does the job and in all fairness, it wasn't that expensive so maybe I'm being too fussy.I would probably buy it again (or dig a little deeper in my pocket).

Absolutely shocking missing parts

Got this as we got a second dog and it saves having multiple water bowls about. Easy to clean once you get the hang of it. Filters can be changed. It does have a hum but I have had to raise it off the ground as one of my dogs likes to play in the water with his feet, which might be why it hums.

Easy to assemble with clear instructions, quality is good and my dog loved it at first then he wouldn’t drink from it after first day, the reason being is the water actually gets warm within a few hours of filtering, so I sent back as no longer practical and I went back to regular water bowl , it’s a shame as I loved the water fall

I've had this item for over 2 years, and I don't like it, the filter needs to be changed very often and the inside gets very slimy, the cats don't want to use it anymore and I found out that it's because the motor itself is filled with slime, I clean it every week , and thats a lot of work, and replace the filter every 3-4 weeks but it's not enough, I have 4 cats, but only 1 wanted to use it, I had to put a bowl of water next to it and that they use. The other thing is, it's very loud, and I can hear it from upstairs on the other side of the house, I would not recommend this item, I really tried to like it, but today I decided to unplug it and just throw it out.

Ottimo prodotto, capiente e poco rumoroso.Dovrebbero però aggiornare la descrizione perchè la presa è INGLESE, dovrebbe essere specificato nella descrizione visto che viene venduto anche in Italia. Niente di grave, ho comprato un adattatore, però per correttezza va scritto: 1 perchè c'è da aggiungere la spesa dell'adattatore (pochi euro, ma fanno sì che il prezzo finale sia più alto), 2 perchè almeno uno lo compra e può usare subito il prodotto.
