2 in 1 Hair & Facial Steamer, FFG3328

I ordered thinking I will get the same effects just like the stand up salon steamer but for a lesser price. I shampooed and deep conditioned my hair pulled the steamer out the box ready and excited to use. I followed the manufacturer assembling instruction and guess what it did not work at all. When I turned it on the crazy thing made a loud beeping noise, no steam, no heat, no nothing. It continued to make this sound until I hit the off button. I was very disappointed I should of purchased the salon stand up steamer for $40 extra at least I know It would've worked because I used it in the past. I tried to give this brand a try but it didn't even work the first day I received it. A waste of $70 and no I didn't get my money back, I will never buy a hair steamer like this ever again I will stick to what I know will work! Only gave this product a star because I had too!

It was a little small for my head and all of my hair so therefore it took longer for my hair to get steamed but it works okay

...had problems first day I received and used same day for the first time. 1) unit heated up fast but steam didn't come from hood until I had to turn off and on three times. 2) water is "very hot" but started leaking from a spout in back of the hood onto my neck!! Towel got wet :(((. Had to get a cup to catch water. Very disappointed. 3). Hood don't securely fit onto steamer so kept leaning forward a little. Hood wasn't cracked as some others have stated. Item arrived very fast. Everything was in tact and returning as same. Never had chance to even use as a facial. So unfortunately have to return but Don't have return label. :(
