Caputo, Flour Wheat Soft Tipo 00, 35.2 Ounce

I bought this flour to make homemade pizza dough. It was better then going to a restaurant. It was just crisp enough on the outside and soft on the inside! Would most definitely recommend

It makes amazing pasta. I made spaghetti, it absorbed the sauce so well, the pasta is delicious even putting anything on it.

Seems like very good brand pizza flour at great price. Cant find in Supermarket so buying from Amazon was great option.

Great for pasta and pizza! The flour quality is good and I could notice the difference between using APF and 00 flour.

I've used dozen of other flours for doing pizza, with good results, including some other italian tipo 00 flours, then comes this flour and blows my mind away, using the same ingredients and recipes but with this flour results in the best dough I've ever made. Amazing stuff
