Three Wishes Merlot, 750 ml

One of my favorite wines.

I LOVE this wine. Both the Three Wishes Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon have a great smooth taste that is not bitter or too dry. This is comparable to wines that sell 2-3 times more. I stock up. This wine is a terrific value with a wonderful taste. Highly recommend.

Perfect for cooking when the wine flavor is background to other flavors. Cheap! Unobjectionable flavor, if undistinguished. I would recommend looking elsewhere if the wine is a prominent flavor in the sauce, etc.

Honestly, you get what you pay for with this one. It gets the job done in terms of alcohol content, but it’s taste is a little bitter for my liking. However, for the price it’s decent.

I was shocked. I bought this wine almost as a joke the first time. Turned out to be sweet, aromatic, and delicious. Now I keep 6 or more bottles in the pantry.LIFE HACK TIP: mix 2 parts ice cold wine and 1 part martinelli's sparkling red grape and you will have a delicious dessert of a beverage that will blow your mind.

On my first Amazon Whole Foods order, I yook a chance ordering this wine. Not dry and not sweet, this was way better than I expected, given the price. Not a bad wine choice.

I have had multi-hundred dollar bottles of red and white wine on multiple occasions, and I simply cannot taste the difference. I much prefer red wine over white wine, but I really just like Merlot over everything else (minus Whiskey Sours). I have tried what is supposed to be these super fancy wines that I'm immediately supposed to be shocked and impressed by. It never happens. I gave up and just started buying this version from Whole Foods Market. I didn't see the point of wasting my money on high-end wines when I liked this version as much as the others. I've been buying this one for several years now.

This is far nicer than some of the more expensive wines like their Cursive.
