We used this machine once. It didn’t work well. The cable coil kept getting tangled within the machine stopping it from continuing into the pvc sewer pipe.

Jumpy motor!!!! Poor quality cable gets tangled inside and impossible to repair, tried to take it out but it’s welded, used it 3 times and on the fourth it broke and the motor jumps to the point that the cable tangles around my finger and almost broke it.

I had a clog in the sewer where someone repeatedly throws the wipe in the toilet (and everyone denying it) to the point where renting a draining cleaner machine isn't viable anymore, so I bought this 100ft long since 50ft wasn't long enough for our situation. This does get the job done, I like the fact that it comes with gloves and extra sets of the blade. I initially thought this is an auto feeder based on similar-looking products claiming to have an auto feeder, but looking back into reading the description, I didn't see any claim to that, so I let it go. The only real issue with this machine that the snake wire out from the box got tangled inside the rotating drum, so I have to toggle back and forth in forward and reverse mechanism to get it unstuck, but hopefully, it doesn't come back on the second use. Other than that, I would recommend this product if the clog happens quite frequently when renting it all the time isn't the answer.

It is so easy to use and very portable. It was one of the best thing I have bought for myself since buying my home. It is durable and strong cuts right through roots in pipes.Angela R.

This drain cleaner we had for a few months, we have used it a grand total of two times and it's cable got tangles up inside the drum on the second use. Tried taking it apart to repair, impossible to repair because the drum is spot welded from the inside so you can't take it apart to untangle it. Overall quality is poor for the money spent.

Read the entire manual multiple times and I thought ran fine going out 80ft. It was during the retrieval that things started to go crazy. I did not notice the line from factory was lapped over in drum. Once I manually pulled out all the line and reloaded I was able to complete other lines with no problems. My directions are for a harbor freight model so thinking they put the wrong set in the box. I did not recieve hair catcher or gloves, which was not a big deal but something to know that box content is incorrect.

This machine is a beast! Unclogged my drain very quickly!! Very easy to use. Paid for itself in 1 use!!

This thing is amazing! It did exactly what it was made to do. I had a mainline blockage and this thing powered right through it. It's super easy to use. One thing I'd recommend is reading the directions thoroughly and watch a YouTube video or two on how to clear a blockage.

first time I used it the machine twisted the cable when it hit a snag now its useless i followed instructions as per manual and this is not the first time using a sewer auger

This is a review of the Mophorn 100 feet 3/8" cable (Mophorn 100 Ft x 3/8 Inch Drain Cleaner Machine fit 1 Inch (25mm) to 4 Inch(100mm) Pipes Drain Cleaning Machine Portable Electric Drain Auger with Cutters Drain Auger Cleaner Plumbing Tool).It managed to clear away a fully blocked sewer piple that had some fine roots penetrating the 4" drain. I had it jam a few times where I ended up having to reach into the cable drum to untangle the cable. Lesson learned, is to take note first of which direction the cable is laid in the drum and by hand rotate the drum in reverse to 'untangle'. Make certain that the machine is in the electrical 'off' position before attempting as you could easily/accidentally step on the floor switch!Using the attached Power-Feed Lever, it was simple enough for me to push the cutting bit 75' down the 4" drain. Just do it slowly and ensure that the distance from machine to drain is minimum as possible. Mine was about 12"-15".Manual is generic and covers the Vevor and Mophorn as photo wise, they are the same machine. . A few notes/discrepancies in the manual:- 110/120V AC plug. Has a GFI buil in. You need to hold the RESET button down for a good couple of seconds before it's powered up as indicated by a LED indicator on the plug. At first I thought I had a defective plug as I couldn't get it to power on. Manual shows a different style AC plug.- Manual indicates that 3/8" cable is for Pipe size 1.5" to 3". States 'no roots'. And that the 1/2" cable is for Pipe size 2" to 4" and again, states 'no roots'.That being said, I did manage to cut through the roots that were invading my sewer drain. Have a garden hose with nozzle around so that when you're pulling back the cable into the drum, you can rinse the cable.Lastly, as others have mentioned, the gloves that come with are garbage and can actually lead to injury when the glove gets caught in the cable as your wrist will get pulled tight and eventually will pull the glove/hand around the spinning cable. So, get yourself a pair of gloves that won't bind to the cable.
