The massage was painful at first. The top rollers hit in a weird spot on the back of my neck instead of my shoulders. It's almost as though the chair was meant for a super tall person even though in the description it said it was meant for a person 5'9 and below. I am 5'6 and had to sit up in the chair in an awkward way in order to make it not hurt. However I got used to it after a couple of months. I wish that the hand massagers were back further so when you recline you could actually get your hands and arms in it because where they are at you have to be sitting straight up in order to get past your fingers. The legs could use a firmer squeeze also. Overall for a budget chair it was okay and I decided to keep it when I bought it last december. However about one week before the one year anniversary of buying it the back of the chair completely fell backwards and disconnected from the seat while I was sitting in it. It is completely broken and will not get power nor will the back go back up. I have tried to contact the seller and I got a couple of responses asking for some pictures of the chair and of barcodes and serial numbers. I sent those pictures and have heard nothing back since, even when I have tried to get confirmation that they received those messages. Overall I would say stay away. It might not have been very expensive, but the chair broke before it was even a year old, so it was pretty much a giant waste of money. Now I am going to have to find a way to dispose of this big waste of money.

We put this together and several parts didn't work. I've been trying to communicate for several weeks with the company. Nobody will call me, email only. They want me to take pictures of the parts that don't work, but there is no damage so nothing visible. Very frustrating!

This product is cheap and is nothing like the product I thought I was buyingI do not recommend buying this you will be disappointed extremely I can pick the box with the item in it up with one handAnd I don’t workout and no instructions

It took some time to receive this item. It shipped in 3 separate boxes which is understandable do to the size, but the boxes came almost a month apart. After receiving all of the boxes the chair takes about 10-15 minutes to assemble. I am enjoying life now, very comfortable, affordable, durable, and the quality is good as well. I initially gave the company a one star, because of the shipping issue but have upgraded now that I can enjoy the product.

Not enough padding on the back area. Calf muscles could use rollers or massaging mechanism also instead of just airbags.

The chair came really fast. It came in 3 separate boxes and was packed well. It was pretty easy to assemble and the directions were good. The chair has been great and we have had it now for about a month with no problems. My only complaint would be is the leather doesn't look as good as I hoped but it comes with a 3 year warranty included with purchase that's hard to pass up.

We purchased this after Walmart completely let us down. This chair came EXTREMELY fast, was easy to put together and works incredibly well. HIGHLY recommend this especially for the price!!
