Superpower Braided Fishing line, Abrasion Resistant Braided Lines – Incredible Superline – Low Memory, Smaller Diameter and Longer Color Lasting Fish line.

I put this line on my steelhead rod and reel and went down my local river for some winter steelhead runs. I was lucky enough to catch a few fish this past weekend with this line. I used it as my main line uni- tied to 10 ft of clear mono rigged up nicely. I liked how I could see the yellow line float down using the bobber. The line held up well it has no line memory for knots and no visible fraying or fading of color.

Exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. Shipping faster than I expected. Nothing huge on the line yet but hoping! Very limber and castable.

I spooled this on my Okuma Metaloid 5Nii, with the expectation I would Bea’s pleased as with the power pro that had been on my Lexa 400. After landing several yellows in the 12-15lb range, I only needed to try this around structure to see if it would hold up to the abrasion and tensile strength needed in anticipation of this springs favorable fishing outlook. This line cut right through kelp and a couple monofilament lines while a pony yellow kept me buried in the weeds. A few minutes later, he broke loose of the vegetation and I gaffes him aboard. Checked the first 20 feet of braid, and didn’t find a single fray; conclusion to date- this is as good or better than most lines out there. Color holds well, and it’s a bit softer than a lot of waxy braids. Pleased with my purchase so far.

This is going to be my go-to braided line from now on. I've used Power Pro, Fireline Crystal, and Kast King braids in the past but wanted to try something different. After buying a Penn Fierce 2 6000 to target big catfish, I didn't want to break the bank, but still wanted something of higher quality. This line fit the bill! Highly abrasion resistant almost to a fault when cutting knots to change rigs. I use a pair of quality Madison Supply trauma shears from my time in emergency room work (don't worry, they don't still get used for medical purposes) to cut this and they sometimes struggle. I never have to work about the lake or river bottom is because my Big Game mono leader breaks before this braid.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for my dad who is a big fan of fishing! He loved the color and the line is sturdy and great quality. It was hard to choose between the colors available! I am definitely going to buy more fishing line!

My use of this fishing line is very much unconventional. I got tired or ripped off buttons on my vest and jacket (who knows maybe real reason is that I am less fit then I should be) and I thought up that if I sow it with something indestructible - like this fishing line - it would work!And it sure did! Buttons holding on, consistently with good tension.
