I decided I was changing all my glass to Athlon. Sold it all and bought five scopes and a spotting scope. They all came in yesterday. They were as expected....MOSTLY. I mounted this midas, started to bore sight it and there is debris INSIDE the scope on a lens! I went with Athlon because they had good reviews and reasonably priced, and are based in KS like myself. I called them and they want me to pay to send it to them and then wait 5-7 days while they evaluate it and fix or replace it, then send it back. No option to advance exchange, no flexibility what so ever. Just want me to pay to send it and wait. Really expected much better customer support than that. I would understand if it was several years old or I dropped it and needed service, THIS IS BRAND NEW!!!! Feel like I got a big FU from a company I just spent a fair amount of money with!

After about 8 shots with a 300 win mag the cross hairs turned. The company claims they had a bad run and thought they got all of them. I will never even look at this company again..

So after the 3rd shot on my 308 the reticle turned side ways. Come to find out the whole eye piece was turning. Called atholon, there answer was.. oh yeah we had a bad batch come in. Send it in you pay shipping and we will see about fixing it or giving you new one. Lot of Good reviews, too bad I don’t have one!

The main complaint I had with this scope is the narrow sight box. Glass was just okay with gray tint and chromatic aberrations. My Japanese gladd Crimson Trace (unforunately discontinued) was much better.

Amazing scope. It has gotten me multiple First Place finishes now. Perfect Tracking. And the loud, positive elevation turret clicks bring it way over it's price point in quality.When shooting this optic on my 6.5 creedmoor makes 1100 yard shooting look easy. Crisp and clean imaging.Great buy.

Absolutely the best scope I have ever owned. I have owned SWFA, Vortex, and Nikon optics over the course of my hunting and competition career.....and this is hands down the best scope I have ever used for either purpose. The floating dot in the middle makes shooting tight groups significantly easier and the level of tracking you get along with a 34mm tube for under a grand is astounding. I am 100% Athlon for life.
