Perfect mood music

I love every song on this cd. Monsters is a beautiful song, very emotional.

I am not a follower of his, but bought the 'Bedlam' CD for my son when it was first released. I thought that CD was a great start, and for him to be a promising star. I am sorry I didn't follow up on him.This CD is quite different, and quite a revelation. I like singer songwriters generally, as they not only write good music but the lyrics are good too. James Blunt does not disappoint, and I find he is improved since Bedlam. I like this CD very much, and tracks like Monsters, How It Feels To Be alive are really poignant and revealing.I think this to be one of the best for 2019. Hopefully others will come to realise too.Must now listen to the CD's in between.

I had to buy this CD after hearing and watching the track Monsters. The rest of the album is pretty good too and you don't have to be a James Blunt fan to enjoy his songs which are well written and from the heart and the music which is very well produced and plays great on my bluray player.

I'm playing this on constant repeat at the moment and have even got my 13-year-old daughter into James Blunt on the back of it. We're both addicted to 'The Truth'. Cold, Halfway, 5 Miles and The Greatest are also stand-out tracks but we both love them all - a great mix of ballads and up-beat tracks as always. My only disappointment is that I'd have liked to have had the version of Halfway with Ward Thomas included as I adore them too but it's still an easy 5 stars from me despite that

It's not often I find an album where I like every single track but this is one of them. I've had Back To Bedlam for years but had never bought any of James Blunt's other albums. Heard 'Cold' on the radio a few times and, having streamed what is available from the album on my Prime subscription, bought the CD as soon as it was available. This will be listened to a LOT. Now working my way through his back catalogue on streaming and have just bought All The Lost Souls on CD as well.

What a wonderful album. Seriously not a duff track. I love it all. Cry nearly every time I hear Monsters. Just need Alexa to get a grip now and play the whole thing not just the first few tracks. Don’t want to have to sit in the car to hear it.

I'm, obviously a James Blunt fan. I've already listened to the CD at least 5 times. Some really tear jerking songs (Monsters) and some great upbeat ones as well. I'll be listening to this many time. Great purchase.
