I've been through a fair few waterproof trousers in my time. Mostly for rainy days on my motorbike where big textile trousers weren't an option.I love the design. Great for being able to take off and put on when you're already wearing footwear. That's down the the extra long zips down the side that also go from top to bottom too.The pockets are good but I do miss not being able to access my own jeans pockets by just having a gap through but I do get that's an added risk of water getting in so it's not a big deal and you can just pop your hand down the elasticated waist.

These trousers are very lightweight and packable. I like the long side zips which allows the wearer to put them on over walking boots. I haven't tested them in heavy rain yet but they certainly kept dry in rain showers. The plastic poppers to fasten the zip flaps down are small and fiddly when you have cold fingers. I am not sure whether they will last that long before they come off. Perhaps velcro might have been better. I'm 32 inch waist and 6ft 1 inch tall and they fit me fine. There are no pockets in them which might put some people off purchasing them and although the zips open both ways they are not really high enough to give easy access to walking trouser pockets underneath. I bought these for dog walking which they are fine for but don't know how they would wear for serious hill walking. They are comfortable and good quality for the money.

Work great. Got caught in deluge and they didn’t let me down. They dry quickly and have zips at the bottom so you get them on and off with boots on. Lots of room for wearing over other trousers. I’m a 37” waist so fit is good.

Bought these to replace a failed pair of berghaus goretex I had for 10 years which cost me twice the price.Impressed with the quality of the trousers for the price. I like the fact they zip and button all the way up making it easy to put on over boots and allows for heat dumps when getting hot.

My old trousers were a real pain to put on, especially in a hurry when the heavens opened. These ones have long zips on the lower legs so you can very easily pull them on over your boots/shoes (with the zips undone) then when you zip them back up , you'll stay good and dry. In addition to the zips, there's also a few press-stud/popper fasteners which ensure that there a no gaps for the rain to get through. Theyre really light weight, pack down small when not in use and, so far at least, have been 100% waterproof, even in some really heavy downpours. Really pleased with them so far!

An essential item in the dutch climate.Especially for my son who rides his bicycle to school.Not cheap but waterproof unlike others.
