I was diagnosed with IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA as a child. EVERY single iron supplement Dr's prescribed me has irritated my sensitive stomach and made me sick. These vitamins make all the difference in my day to day life. Iron and B12 - can't beat it. This is just what I need. However, The bottle comes without cotton filling so the capsules break inside the bottle, coating the rest of the capsules. I have to rinse each one before taking it otherwise it leaves a nasty after taste. I love the result of the product itself, just not the way they skimp on packaging.

This product is great. It does not constipate. From what I have read and been told this Iron is absorbed better than ferrous sulfate without the constipation nor abdominal cramps. Great for maintaining healthy red blood cells. Great for building healthy blood.
