Awesome customer service
Due to no fault of the company, I felt like my name looked odd in the cursive. I felt like it looked like it said “Salty” not Sally. The company sent me a copy of a different cursive style that will look much better and made and sent a new cup. They did everything they could to make me happy. I would 100% order from them again

Terrible
Don't waste your money. I bought this for my son for Christmas and looks terrible already. Paint is chipping off and it wasn't cheap.

Better than I expected!
The picture doesn’t this gift justice. The personalization is well done. I would have liked it maybe a little lower so your lip isn’t touching it but it’s great. The silver color is great. The size is bigger than I expected which is even better. AND I got this 2 days before Amazon delivered their packages to me ordered on the same day! Super fast shipping! Very pleased. Will order again for sure!

Nice mug
Just do not put in the dish washer the name comes off. Other mugs that I have ordered with names did not do this.
