MAXLUX Power Vision HID Xenon Bulbs D2R (1 Pair, Super Bright White /+60%)

When it works, it works beautifully. The 6000K color is accurate and pure white. It's hard to describe in words, but it's a beautiful and clean white color, especially when reflected by the chrome trim from cars ahead of me. It's slightly blue and purple on the edge of the projector beams, but it's not obviously. It does appear to be about 20% brighter than the typical HID, not the 60% claimed. It's not durable, however. Mine only lasted 14 months.

I purchased these in January 2014 but due to the complexity of installing them in my car I didn't get them installed till late spring 2014.They fit well, and were bright, but now roughly a year and a half later one lamp has failed.

When I went to the auto parts store for a replacement bulb they quoted me $159.00 each. I for these on Amazon and figured it would be worth a try. Great packaging and the light is amazing. I would buy again.
