Awesome alternative to wheat flour!
This is my first time ever buying cassava flour. However, this flour is a great replacement for wheat four! I love how the texture before and after baking with it looks and tastes so much like wheat flour. I can barely tell a difference between the flours in taste and am very impressed! Unfortunately, though, with IBS I wasn't able to fully tolerate it yet, but I'm looking forward to using it again in the near future. This brand is a 5 star brand in every way! I will definitely buy it again and again. The price is very affordable as well!
