Zoo Med ReptiBreeze Open Air Screen Cage, Small, 16 x 16 x 20-Inches

Easy to assemble and well worth it! We live in central Illinois...our happy anole went from a 10 gallon glass terrarium into this wide-open, all-screen enclosure with three common house plants for the summer. Now he gets full-spectrum UVs from the sun when he wants, air movement (woohoo!) and soft, live plants to stretch out on to enjoy the breeze! We have never seen him so emerald green and happy! We put him in full morning sun, move him to shade for afternoon rays and then drench his enclosure with an industrial-strength mist bottle (Zep). Picture is our guy in the enclosure with door open. Easy to assemble. Bought a second one! Perfect for butterflies. Easy to clean

This is a wonderful cage for my anole. I live in Florida and rescued Larry from my Yorkie mix who attacked him in our lanai. He lost his eyes in the attack (poor guy), but he's now a spoiled lizard living a life of luxury (and safety). This cage is wonderful because with the addition of plants and driftwood, it's like his own personal lanai where he can relax without a care and still be outside.

Upon arrival, I immediately assembled the product. My only gripe when assembling this cage, is that there was a few mislabeled pieces. Easy mystery to solve for the average-assembly-minded person. The cage itself is made up of typical screen material. If I had spent the $80 that Petco asks for, I would be ticked. I am pleased with the product considering what I paid.This would not be a recommended product for anyone having cats! The screen could easily be torn through I am sure.If you used anything electrical inside the unit, you do not have access holes of any kind. That said, for the price I do kind of wish I had purchased the Zilla Fresh Air Screen Habitat for Reptiles instead.The description for this cage is fairly uninformative. It does have a top to it (was unsure about that at the time of purchase), which is a fixed piece of screen. The 4 sides of screen are attached with an aluminum (or the like) frame screwed together. The bottom does not have a screen, but a white plastic type of material (would have preferred black, brown or dark tan instead of stark white).One drawback I am experiencing with the screen is if you would like to use any sort of vine (be it Exo Terra Jungle Vine, or natural vine etc.), you have to concern yourself with overextending the sides potentially or figuring out a way to affix them to the sides securely.  Zoo Med NT-11 ReptiBreeze Alum. A friend got us started in our very own butterfly garden a couple years ago and this cage works perfect to watch the transformation from caterpillar to chrysalis and then butterfly. It's tall enough for cuttings of milkweed, fennel, and other host plants for caterpillars as well as twigs for the caterpillars to attach their chrysalises. (Although, 90% of our caterpillars chose to make their chrysalises on the actual screen rather than the twigs we placed.) It's easy to clean also. We raised approximately 50 caterpillars in this cage this fall (about 5-15 at a time) which required daily cleaning that took about 5-10 min. We laid down paper towels on the bottom to toss and replace and a wet washrag easily cleaned any remaining silk attachments from the screen. The cage is also very lightweight and was easy for my girls to take back and forth to school for science class.

Although box wasnt damaged the door Latch peg was broken making it so latch can not hook on bottom. Top latch still hooks and this is a starter cage so should still be able to make it work for awhile.

Some doors had bent latches, but overall a decent product. The seller made it right.

Packaged safely received both in perfect shape.

Slecht geleverd. Buitenste doos was prima, na openen pakket was de doos van het terrarium al geopend en helemaal beschadigd. Het kunstofplaatje is gebroken geleverd. Gaat per direct retour. Begrijp niet dat een product in deze staat doos überhaupt zonder controle wordt verstuurd.

Well assembling this enclosure I found the frame to be quite flimsy, although once I finished piecing everything together, It’s pretty solid. It’s not wobbly or slanted in any sort.The cardboard box It came in looked as though it had been through a lot 😭 Product was NOT damaged though!The aluminum mesh was easy to cut, i put a small hole in the top to run a thermometer in for my ceramic heater. This enclosure is used for my baby crested gecko so it essential for the enclosure to not get too cold. I also placed a plastic around three of the walls to help trap a bit of the heat, hence it being winter.
