If you Own a business, buy this Book!
I appreciated that this book was a blend of inspiration and how to. Michel does a great job of sharing why his methods work, why they are important, regardless of your industry and how you can put people first in your business. The other piece of this book that I appreciated was that it talked about how important your team members are to your company and how you can show them you care. Well done!

An easy to follow and practical book for any business owner...especially restaurateurs!
Start at the beginning, right? That's exactly what Michel does in this game-changing book on company culture. "If you don't start with a clear picture of what you want your legacy to be, you will never have a fighting chance at building a lasting company." Most culture books I've read start somewhere in the middle and totally skip the fact that, without getting your own personal head in the right place, you're setting yourself up for failure. People First Culture starts with you. What are your personal values? What is your personal mission? Without these foundations in place, an up-hill battle may just be insurmountable. Wether your company culture is on-point or totally in the dumps, this book walks you through, in an easy to execute format, the steps you'll need to improve it or get it totally back on the rails.

There are real life examples of how to onboard employees that are super valuable
Many books have been written on the topic of customer experience and employee engagement. Michel has written a book where you will find inspiration to build stronger relationships with customers and employees and learn actionable strategies to do so. His specific strategies with explicit examples are key -- I learned how to establish "core values" that employees actually found important which really increased retention. I also learned about screening for those values during the interview which helped my selection process. For industries with high turnover -- this book is a true differentiator. Michel's tactics improved my NPS, my top line growth, my employee engagement and satisfaction which made my life easier and lead to much higher profits! YOU ROCK MICHEL

So many books in the marketplace are based on theories...
that have never truly been tested in the battlefield of business. I don't know about you, but the last thing you want to do is invest your time and resources trying to figure out if something that works in "principle" will actually work in practice.With that said, Michel Falcon has worked closely with several big brands over the years (many who've been rated "best places to work"), and two years ago put his money where his mouth is and scaled a company to 8 figures in the first year by leveraging many of the principles outline in this book.
