Anson Belt & Buckle - 1.5" Nylon Ratchet Belt Strap (Strap Only)

the only type of adjustable belt that works
In my mid 69’s i developed a pot belly. If i tightened a leather belt enough to keep it from sliding down my belly, the leather would stretch until I’d have to move to the next hole. i tried several types of infinitely adjustable web belts but none had enough holding power. The Anson belts used a clever ratcheting system that can be tightened enough to keep my pants up and stays at the tightness i set.Just make sure you put it on with the ratchet release lever on the top of the buckle.

Great value for the money
This belt strap is very well made and should last for a very long time.

Nylon belt looks great.
I own several Anson belts on leather and nylon. The nylon looks so much better than the leather, which looks cheap for the price. Beware of the finish of the buckles, mine started coming off after a couple of months.

Love their belts, 2nd fail with the nylon style
This review s not a commentary on the company or the customer service. They’re great. I have 2 of their “leather” belts and they are great, very durable. They’re easy to size and easy to adjust. Comfy to wear and I love ratcheting belts, especially when traveling. I had a nylon version that broke (the plastic teeth that hold the ratchet lever broke) so I bought this belt as a replacement for this. Exact same belt, and the exact same thing happened. It’s not fixable. I’ve tried. The buckle gets stuck and I have to remove the buckle from the belt just to get it off. Ugh.If you want to get one of these, steer clear of the nylon ones.
