BELLA 13715 Chocolate Fountain Maker, Red

Love it! With the very reasonable price tag, it is a great deal. Used two times and easy to clean. Some may say the motor is too loud. But we didn't notice the noise when we were having fun with the fountain.

Completely stopped working after using twice- the augur does not move at all, it does not start.... wasted money

Had a small party and people loved it. It's audible but if you have a group having fun, it's not a big deal. (Especially with kids.)I highly recommend a bottle brush to clean the column. It's wide enough for a brush but not a hand. Just 3 things to clean overall (the auger, the column, and the base which wipes down well).

I read lots of reviews that it was loud and the chocolate would clump up. Both true. We were outside so the noise wasn't noticeable. I melted the chocolate and then put it in. It did flow pretty good for almost an hr. The chocolate got low so I melted more. It did not flow well the second time around. Maybe if I cleaned it first and then do the second round. Who wants to do that in the middle of a party. I bought it for my daughters 7th birthday so the kids had plenty after the first round anyway. It was nice to have at the begging as you wait for the food to be ready.

Chocolate is always fun, but the dang machine is just too noisy. unless the music is loud and your guests are all talking at once. The directions are not precise enough, We added vegetable oil to the chocolate as advised and the mixture was too runny. I noticed later in an obscure part of the manual that coconut oil is recommended.;

Have not used it but from the looks of the item it seems to be a very sturdy and quality product. We will fire it up for her birthday party in late April and then we will know for sure.

It quit work after one use.. I will never buy anything like that again. It was waste of my money.

I was looking for an inexpensive fondue for my chocolate fondue party. I did not purchase this with amazon but had read other reviews on the product and felt I need to share my experience. First, I was a little apprehensive given poor reviews. I has looking at another fountain online but could not get it in time for party. I followed the directions of chocolate fondue mix bought at bed bath and beyond. I started the fondue about 15 mins before party time. It was flowing but not like a fountain (it had gaps) but once the machine heated up, it worked like charm. Recommend starting about 30- 45 mins before party or at least turn the heat on 30-45 mins before party time. Cleanup was easy. 4 stars for noise but did not even notice it once company arrived.
