Is it real bendy or just kind of? Want it to to be slightly stiff at least.

It is as if nothing is on your phone, so the stiffness is from your phone. But I can actually tell you I’ve dropped my phone many times and my phone is still in mint condition. I got this because I wanted protection without it being bulky. I love it!

Is this compatible with full screen protectors?

Yes, a screen protector is compatible with this case: https://amzn.to/40YFdRd

Does this have a good grip? Is it sticky or more of a slick feel?

More sticky than slick-- makes for a good grip but can also collect dust. Doesn't bother me though because I love the case so much.
