Gardener Select(R879) Trough Coco Liner - Preshaped Trough Coconut Fiber, Coir Liner for Trough Planter (30 Inch)

Less expensive than those from garden shop and easier to use than purchasing by the foot. But looks like a one season use due to thinness of bottom. After receipt of item decided to purchase some by the foot to line the bottom of planter as I was concerned that potting soil would break through. Prior coir liners lasted 4 seasons before I tossed.

If it wasn’t 2 - 3 inches shorter than advertised, it would have worked by itself without the backup of another liner. I would have sent it back but when readying the flower area, dirt and water splashed onto the new short liner. Did notify the company asking them to state the correct size fir the next consumer. I was asked for the order number but since sent to them, I’ve not heard anymore from them. Buyers beware!

Used this trough for a liner in a planter. It is hard to find the correct size but this is perfect. Bought one last year and just wish it would last longer but that is the nature of it. It is a well made product so I bought another one and I am pleased with it.

The picture looked like a cradle type trough liner but when it arrived it had a flat side for wall type trough liners. I feel the picture was deceptive. The liner did not fit our cradle planter very well and seemed a bit flimsy. I won't be buying any more of them even though I wanted a half dozen of them. I'm sure glad I tested the waters with a one item purchase.

I needed a new flower box liner and this fit perfectly. Very sturdy and well made, I filled it with soil, planted my flowers, and have had no problems with it at all. It drains well but no so fast as to dry out the soil. This is the perfect solution for my flower boxes and look like they will last several years before needing to replace them.

It was mid-August when I went looking locally for a 30 inch trough liner and none were available anywhere. Amazon had them and at a really great price! Fit prefect and the planter is looking beautiful!

I like that you get two in the order.The size is a little deeper than my baskets which is nice because I can plant my plants a little deeper.Coconut liners only last 2-3 years tops, so for the money, this is a great deal.I got them fast and I would buy these again.
