Initial impressions are really good. Light is bright and instantaneous and so far none have went out, which has been my experience with previous sets of bulbs, which I have to say were a lot more expensive than these. So early indications of longevity are promising too. In summary, I would say that these are a good quality bulb at a really good price.

Fitted 10 of these so far without any problems. They give a good spread of light so the 120 Deg beam is correct and are bright, colour rendering is good and the white is a good natural white, perfect for hallways with large mirror (GF likes to check herself before going out, so light has to be good), utility room, kitchen where the colour rendering is good, but maybe not for a living room or bedroom since dimmable warm white is better for that sort of environment.Actually I'm so impressed with these I have just ordered another box for further installations.Can't comment on longevity as I have only had them a few weeks.

It's not a constant flicker but every now and then the brightness dips for a few seconds not enough to impact on me continuing to work but enough to distract me. They're nice and bright though and the warm white gives a less harsher brightness which is ideal for my home office and as yet hasn't aggravated my migraines.Not given 5 out of 5 for the sheer fact that are not totally flicker free

A very nice product. Teenage son apparently doesn't know how to operate a light switch, despite repeated instruction. Old halogen lamps all replaced - electric meter no long smokes because it is spinning so fast.Illumination output & quality are good. Slightly 'stepped' response to dimming function, but it doesn't affect me & the teenbeast hasn't complained.I cannot comment on longevity as they've only been fitted just over a month (hence only four stars).I'm happy with this product & would absolutely say so if otherwise.

I put 6 of these in more than 2 years ago to replace halogen bulbs that kept blowing. Although they cost more than halogen to buy, they last much longer and must have saved a lot in electricity as well, so a really good purchase.Note that I had to replace the dimmer switch because LEDs require different resistance in the dimmer.

Poor build quality with no diffuser over the LEDs as seen in product photos. The temperature and brightness (at full) are decent however the bulb has some weird flickering when dimming and the minimum dim brightness is not very low.

I replaced 6 year old 8W LEDs. Although these units are 5W, they were clearly brighter than older 8W units (both of which had the same colour temperature and spectral span). This may have been due to deterioration on the older units of course. Also the circuit to LED joints on the older product were soldered and some had started to turn dark, whereas the electrical connection to these products are printed so hopefully will maintain performance over a longer timespan.

Installed all 6 of the warm yellow light bulbs to our kitchen ceiling down lights. Not as bright as a daytime white and takes a few moments to brighten after turning on, but after awhile it brightens up. On dimming, at least 4 of the 6 light bulbs emits a buzzing sound that can be heard when standing underneath the lights. This didn't occur with our old light bulbs. If I would buy again I would go for a colder white for the kitchen to see if there's a difference in brightness.
