Legitimate 18650 batteries are limited to a capacity under 3800mAh. Fraudulent batteries have an explosion and fire risk. These dangerous and potentially deadly 9800mAh 18650 batteries are a scam.

This flashlight was advertised as 2000 lumens, and "superbright"but is not even close. The brightness is similar to an old flashlight from the 1960's using non-alkaline batteries. I really expected a lot more, I even tried a different battery from a similar Ulako flashlight and that light is supposed to be 1000 lumens and it blows this thing away. For the price it's not even worth returning, I'm very disappointed in this product, it will probably end up being a junk flashlight for the kids.

1: was supposed to come with a charger; no charger in box. 2: Batteries marked as 9800 mAh. Probably closer to 1200 mAh. I have 3 AgoKud 7" battery fans. These come with paired 2600 mAh flat top 3.7V Li-ion batteries. Using those batteries, the fan ran 9 - 9.25 hours. With these supposed 9800 mAh units , fully charged, in 3 different tests, the fan only ran 3:05, 3:17 and 3:12. I marked the 6 batteries 1 - 6, made sets, 1+2, 3+4, 5+6; charged them fully and had the results I indicated. The flashlight is nice, but I wanted the '9800 mAh' batteries. If the power was what they claimed I could run the fans for 10+ hours and still have that much power or more, left in the batteries.Don't buy this setup.

The light is not bad quality for general use and all the functions high, medium, low, pulse, and S.O.S. work well. I have had other batteries marked 9800 mAh for over a year that still charge, so as a normal rated battery 2300mAh, I believe this bundle is a great flashlight product, charger and set of batteries for the price on Amazon... The fact that it runs on two 18650 batteries will give you the burn time that you need, but not at a thousand feet like a real 2000 lumens focused flashlight would do, unless there is a streetlight at the 1000 fOOt mark to help illuminate the area, just to stretch the outcome, yet, on a clear day you will see the S.O.S. signal from >1000feet, but that is another point of view for a light's beam that is good for under 200 feet.

I'm not totally disappointed in my purchase with the price being so low, but the batteries with a supposed rating of 9800 mAh don't last nearly as long as my other 2200 mAh batteries in the same flashlight. I suspect they are closer to 1000 mAh. The phony information is really unacceptable. I should have known better.

As others noted, these are 500 or 600 lumens, but still plenty bright. I like the zoom so that you can focus the light and point it to a tree far away and see it pretty well. The battery charger will smoke if you put one battery in one way and the other battery in the other way (I did that by mistake). It takes about a whole day or longer to charge the two batteries using that charger. I like the fact that I have extra batteries and that they are rechargeable.

I bought this kit specifically for the batteries. They are claimed to have a capacity of 9800mAh. They do not. I tested two with a 200mA load and achieved 1260mAh capacity. This is less than 15% of the claimed capacity.I am sending this kit back for a refund.I’m not sure how widespread this deception is but I had already found a similar shortfall in another suppliers product. Amazon need to impose some quality control that is clearly absent.

I went looking for batteries of this size, but the few that I could find were ridiculously overpriced. I found this flashlight with batteries for less money that I could find just the batteries at the time. They've been great. Never used the flashlight.
