Buttons vs Pom Poms
I love the look of this coat. However, I think the pom poms are going to quickly get lost. The coat has regular gold buttons After you close the coat, there are little white elastic bands on each pom pom and you put them around the buttons. A young child will need to call mom to get her out of the coat or will pull on the pom poms until the elastic breaks, or take off the pom poms and possibly leave them on a chair or floor. So the coat is pretty and warm. If the pom poms are lost the gold button are attractive enough to wear without them. Good luck!

Yucky buttons
This jacket is super cute when looking at it, but not very practical for a baby. The fur buttons are not secured by anything other than a small loop that goes around a good button on the jacket, and need to be removed to button the jacket (then you replace the fur buttons. The elastic on the fur buttons is also very crusty and old. The gold buttons will also need to be sewn on more securely. The jacket is a good thickness and material for fall, but definitely not winter.

Cute but not best quality.
While cute, the item was missing the Pom poms on the buttons on the original order and replacement. The Pom Pom on the hood is held in place with glue which can be visible if there is movement and it is pulled in any direction. The material is thinner as this coat is for show and not functional to keep a child very warm. In the end, we returned this item but if the above doesn’t bother you, it’s worth a try as it is cute.

Sew the Pom Poms and the Buttons
The jacket fit is perfect and cute as can be. The only reason I knocked it down a star is the awful design flaw. The Pom poms are put on by a cheap little rubber pony tail. We removed these and sewed them in the sweater bc if your toddler is anything like ours...those things would have been pulled off and gone from the start 😂. The buttons also seem to not be threaded well which will be an easy sewing fix. Aside from this, I LOVE it. The warmth is perfect and she looks cute as a button.

For the most part a win
It's a super cute jacket! The only issues are the buttons are super lose so they will fall off sooner rather than later but if you know how to sew buttons on you can just reinforce the stitch. The scarf isn't really a scarf but it still looked super cute. It keeps her very warm so it's definitely a win in my opinion, only thing that kinda sucks is the hand wash especially with a toddler it would be easier to toss in the washer and go but this needs specific washing.

So cute. So huge.
I got the 3-6mo size, but I think it would better fit a 1 year old, and definitely doesn't fit my 4 month old daughter. She is very average size, so I expected it to fit. It's super cute, but as others have said the pom poms really aren't practical - they have to be removed and put back on every time you put the jacket on, which wasn't obvious from the picture/description.

Not Practical
Not sure who designed this but they definitely do not have kids. I got the 3-6 month, My daughter is a large 2 month old, and this looks like it would fit a toddler. The puff balls on the buttons come off and have to be put on before buttoning the coat. The buttons are barely sewed on and will probably come off. While the coat is adorable I would not buy this again.

The cutest jacket ever.
This jacket is absolutely adorable!!! I love that the poms can be removed (I find them a choking hazard for younger children). I also love the oversized hood, it's so cute on my daughter that I want to melt. It's also much thicker than I anticipated. I ordered 6-12 months for my 8 month old and it's quite baggy but that's okay, more room to layer :) But definitely don't order a size up.
