Delivered on time.Bought in March for £14.99 Prime delivery-3.5kg Bread mix.Works out at Approx £2.14 per 500g Of dry mix is less than anywhere I've seen on Amazon. Delivered to my door no queueing etc-seems a reasonable price in my opinion.Now seeing it at £11.99 I’m going to order another one. :)We kneaded it by hand as I’m yet to replace the mixer and don’t have a bread maker.Was worried but had no need to be-The bread turned out lovely-perfect.. I made rolls and a loaf. It makes plenty! Real easy to do.I meant to have taken some pics but by the time I thought of it the bread had been eaten..Childs play...Excuse the half eaten pics above, they are of my ‘bored’ daughters Creations after an attempt to experiment.. she added cheese & her favourite sauce to the mix, then moulded it flat, turned out to be similar to focaccia. Also shown are some unglazed mini loaves.If I can, I’ll update with pics of a standard loaf etc the next time I make some.So pleased with this mix we’ve ordered another bag. :)

Used this bread mix so far for mini loaves, cinammon swirls & pizza base.All very easy to make & yummyNo need to prove for cinammon swirls & pizza base so super quick to make, just weigh out mixture & add water .I used 227g to 5fl Oz water, mixed by hand & rolled out & turned out perfectly.This amount made 12 mini cinammon swirls, or 1 large or 2 small pizza bases or 4 mini loaves.For mini loaves I mixed up the same, left to prove in greased bowl then knocked out air by stretching the dough, shaped & baked.Turned out lovely crusty, fluffy bread.I also make double amount & keep in fridge for use over next few days as prefer baking fresh batches but I'm sure once cooked the bread would keep a few days if didn't all get eaten straight away.Really good value for money mix with multiple uses & easily made fresh bread.

This is very easy and very quick to make bread, ok if you need bread in a hurry, nice outer crust just out of the oven but it has a very close crumb and a slight sweetness to it which was just about acceptable. As I said ok if you are in a hurry and not good at cooking but it won’t replace the tried and tested method of baking homemade bread.

This is the best bread mix I’ve ever tried. It works every time and none is wasted so it is good value for money. It is so easy to make and bakes well in the oven. I haven’t tried it in a bread maker as I prefer to oven bake my bread. I have added other ingredients to make tea cakes and enriched dough for cinnamon buns and panettone, all have turned out really well. The delivery is good and always prompt. I would definitely recommend this product.

Nice baps, but large if you follow the instructions. I Make 8 out of every 500mg 350ml water, and make them flat, they raise a lot, that’s good. I cover the top/bottom in a thin layer of butter before they rest under clingfilm for 40 mins. Stops them sticking and keeps them soft on top, after cooking for 15 to 16mins at 200, first 10 mins and 180 last 5/6mins.

This is lovely tasty bread. You can use it in your bread maker on a rapid white setting. No need to mix it first. I have a Panasonic bread maker and I use 450g of mix, plus 10 fl oz of water on top on a large size setting. So easy!
