Great phone
The only problem I had were the updates that Motorola kept pushing through repeatedly non-stop to the point I got suspicious of the many requests for a "security update", that I had to call Verizon to bring up the issue. The updates were legit, but it would have helped if the updates came in a single lump sum package and not 10 security updates, one after the other for three days. The phone itself, great phone, the camera is not so good but the phone itself works great.

It's not the best nor worst phone out there
For the price it's what u will expect. U can make phone calls and message an add a few apps. It does have a nice camera and takes good pictures. But like many phones u run out of space fairly easy.

Damaged phone
The cellphone was delivered promptly, but I had to return it. The box was not damaged, but when I tried to set up the phone, there were cracks in the screen and the phone was unusable. This was supposed to be a new phone, but it looked like it had been used before as there were smudge marks on the back of the phone and the phone seemed a little dirty.

Good phone for the price.
I like the screen resolution and the battery life. Works very well for my needs. The only problem was getting it activated. Verizon online support said that it had not been scanned from inventory. Recommended going to a local Verizon store to get it activated. They had to use the SIM card from my other phone to activate it.Edit: Update on this debacle. The phone is no longer usable. After about 6 months, was contacted by Verizon saying that the phone wasn't activated and I would have to contact the seller, who is no longer available!

Battery life sucks
The battery life sucks. It is super finicky on chargers like you can only use the one that it came with. And it runs so slow even with no apps. But when you're 14-year-old breaks his phone and you need a cheap replacement, this works. Beggars can't be chooses right. Lol

Locked for fraud/theft, essentially a paperweight
Bought a new SIM card, found it wasn't activating. Called Verizon, was told the phone was locked for fraud/theft and could not be unlocked unless the original owner called to unlock it. Otherwise, it's essentially an expensive paperweight. Would not buy again.
