I've had an amazing experience with bioidentical hormones (estrodial, estrial+progesterone) to help with severe insomnia due to peri-menopause, echoing the thousands of different reviews saying the same. I am 48 years old and have been getting hot flashes for a over year. They started small with only one or two a day, and progressed to the point where they were coming every hour. Sometimes 2 and 3 in an hour. I felt like I was living in the center of the sun! 😂 I was constantly fanning myself and always so hot and sweaty .... even in the winter. It was miserable. And my results are really wonderful! 😊 My hot flashes are almost gone - I get maybe 1 all day .... often none! And the "feminine dryness" is gone. Intimacy is no longer painful, in fact it feels back to the way it used to be. No lubricant needed at all. 😉 I am very, very, very happy at this dosage and have no plans to change. I love this est cream. It works and I can put it on my face and not break out. I feel like every cell in my body is crying out for estrogen and this and my est adapt drops are fulfilling my needs. I put one pump on my face after cleansing in the am. Let it dry a minute then I put a mixture of dmso, magnesium oil, hyaluronic acid and plant stem cell serum in order to penetrate deeper and hopefully heal my wrinkles. It’s working!! Less hot flashes, softer skin all over and feeling younger every day. 5 stars!

If you are tired of regular hormone patches and pills, ( and the risks of cancer) YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS!! It is bio-identical and works after 1st application because it's absorbed topically... I have used this as my HRT for 25 years, ever since I had a complete hysterectomy. I've never had hot flashes, and it keeps the estrogen levels in my body where they need to be.

I really wanted this to work. And could tell it def has estrogens in it, but unfortunately I'm having some side effects from it. First, it causes extreme urinary urgency. No clue which part is doing this because I've used many estrogen products before and didn't have this issue. I've tested it several times so I know for sure this is the problem. Also, it causes pain and weakness on whichever limb I use it on. On my thighs, my knees give out. Arms, I can't lift anything due to weakness in wrists. Tried abdomen and buttocks and that made back hurt. IDK if the pain/weakness is caused by the same thing as the urinary urgency or not. I gave 3 stars because the estrogen aspect does work perfectly.

My perimenopause issues are waking up many times each night to a strange sinking in my stomach sensation followed by a hot flash, moodiness (crying jags, irritability, annoyance) exhaustion (sleeping 9 hours and waking up tired) no energy, muscle aches/joint pain. Ostaderm gave me my life back!
