The product is nice looking and functions as it is suppose to. The only issue I had was the lack of directions provided in the packaging. It just lacked details, however after contacting the folks at ECVV was able to find out exactly how it works. They were very helpful.

The product didn’t work. Moreover Amazon hasn’t bothered to pick up the return.For a change, Amazon sucks!! They initiated the return but didn’t complete it!! That’s really stupid. Now I’m waiting for a month with a paid up non working product

This is a good budget winder but the rpm settings are non standard. The storage tray is not very practical for large watches.

Keeps breaking down/ stops. Have to manually intervene. Totally disappointed
