Swad Mini Jaggery - 500 Grams

I bought jaggery for its healing properties and was shocked to discover it helped curb sugar cravings. It tastes quite nice. It takes a long time to dissolve in hot cocoa but it does counteract the bitterness of Hersheys 100 cocoa. No more marshmallows for me!It's easy to pop one in your mouth. I haven't let one dissolve yet as I like to bite into it. The texture has a soothing effect while chewing it. When I first opened it, I did eat several but now one after a meal and I don't need dessert. I had terrible sugar cravings and this is the only product that has curbed it.

Swad claims it to be pure jaggery bites. These bites contain within it something white stuff which is definitely not jaggery. I will not but it again.. Not worth the money either..

and i see they are happy to say on the listing "Not Eligible for Returns". I'm not happy with that, and I will try to elevate.I mean, if they *really* wanted me to return an envelope of free-roaming sugar cubes that have come into contact with god-knows-what germs, I'd be more than happy to, but I really just want my money back. I would really wonder what they plan to do with any of it returned -- yuck, scoop it back into the container, pop the lid on, shove it into a new soft mailer (?!?!) and off it goes to the next sap who didn't read the reviews?!So gross. Would YOU eat what is in the picture? Would you pay almost $12, intentionally, to get this? I'm mad at myself for not reading reviews because THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AND THEY HAVE NOT CORRECTED THE PROBLEM.The manufacturer doesn't seal their packaging?? That's not sanitary. Even if the lid hadn't popped off in the mailing envelope (which it was 100 % bound to you), this product would STILL be SUSPECT as to the cleanliness/authenticity....it's not sealed!!! Yuck! I'm so disappointed.

These jaggery cubes were so well packaged and fresh. Not sticking to each other. Will definitely order again.

I love this stuff, however my package was open and product fell all out. I had to throw away and I'm afraid to re-order.

I received the mini Jaggery today, I felt some squares in the bag. When I opened it, the cover to the container was opened. It was obviously not sealed and some of the jaggery had spilled out into the bag. I definitely will not be using this product and will never buy from them again. I'm upset because this product is not eligible for return, so I just wasted my money. See photo..... too bad zero was not a rating option.

They were all spillt out inside the package. Reading the reviews it seems this is a common issue.
