The only good thing about this radio is the battery
Programming this radio from the key pad is nearly impossible, then to find out that Quansheng wants you to buy the programming software. I cut my losses and tossed the radio in the trash and ordered the Wouxun KG-UV9P. 7 band radio. If you're a Quansheng fan, then maybe you'll like this radio. The screen is a cluddard mess
