I sprout my rice (and beans, lentils, peas, etc) prior to cooking for digestibility and better nutrient uptake and Lundberg has always been reliable, high quality for me. Retains its shape well after sprouting, cooks faster and the flavors are rich as described. My favorite rice (aside from sushi rice).

This rice blend is delicious. There is texture to the rice, a little more chewing is required. We like the fact that it is organic and have always been happy with the Lundberg brand.

I love this rice. We go through quite a bit of this in our house every week. It only gets 4 stars because it is somehow more expensive per ounce than the smaller bags which just means more work/waste.

Great tasting rice! Highly recommend it. Great flavor. I was rather surprised to see my delivery originate from back east somewhere, like Hebron Kentucky, since I am only an hour or less north of the Lundberg Rice fields in California...thinking the carbon footprint on this shipment could've and really should have been much smaller...GREAT RICE!

I would regularly make a two hour trip to Whole Foods to buy this product until I found it in bulk on Amazon.com. It is a rich, fragrant mix of rices. Really, a meal in its own. Amazon's price is the best I've found.
