Love this worth the money

It was easy to work with, made the project go smoothly, and made a great Bargello Tree Skirt! I did make a clear Lexan or Plexiglas template so I didn't ruin the one that came with the batting.

I have never sewn a project before but wanted a very specific look in a tree skirt that could only be achieved through crafting. The marked batting was the main reason I purchased, and the comments made it seem like this project is beginner friendly. I would agree it's beginner friendly, but you'll like want to do some additional YouTube research. Unfortunately this project does not have a June Tailor specific video to watch, which would have been helpful during key moments.

I have made already several of these for family gifts. Its just such a fun project. Worth the buy and project can take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on your sewing skills, and if your adding detail work to it. Great for starters sewing for the first time and pros that have sewn for years.

My tree skirt came out perfect with this batting template. I wouldn't make it any other way moving forward.

I loved this project. It was my first quilting project. The template is clear so be careful when cutting. If i were to make another I would put colored tape on the edges so not to cut it. Anyway it was fun and pretty easy. My daughter will enjoy it for years to come.

The instructions are so easy to follow. Basically follow the marks on the wadding/batting. I made four tree skirts last year and they turned out fabulously well. I love quilt as you go though find it a bit pricey.

I am a beginner quilter and loved doing this project! I was able to get it done in two afternoons. Loved it so much I may do another one next year!
