WORKED PERFECT!
My horse had to stand on stage in front of 600+ people for over 5 hours. It was loud, lots of stuff going on. These ear plugs worked wonderfully! A few times one ear popped out, but honestly, people ear plugs pop out too! He was so calm and collected the entire time. Even with deep bass during a few live songs. Normally my guy paws at the ground A LOT when he's nervous or agitated. He just stood there with a foot cocked up the ENTIRE time. They are barely noticeable in photos too! He took probably 500+ selfies with people, and when people notice his ear plugs they were all amazed :) So glad I took a chance and ordered these! I'm going to order a back up pair soon!

Great Product!
These are awesome! I already would have lost a normal puffy one when my horse shook one out at the canter. And I can tie them around one of my stirrups, rather than entrusting then to the depths of a tack box. These are great, they have really helped my (blind in one eye) TB not be so twitchy and spooky. They have reduced his skittering away form sounds by about 90%. This is the holy grail addition to life with a "spook first, ask questions later" kind of horse. I have only had my silly horse shake one out, once, and I definitely did a marginal job of putting it in. They stay down in his ears really well.

I own 3 pairs & they’re terrific!
I compete in the sport of Cowboy mounted shooting. Both rider and the horse require hearing protection from the .45 caliber blank gunfire. I have three (3) extra pairs of Cashel horse ear plugs available at all times.

They slide in very easy and work well IF your horse is already used to plugs.
They slide in very easy and work well IF your horse is already used to plugs. I dont think this is the best product for training/introducing though because they fly out at a slight shake of the head. Once our mare was broke to them though they worked well.

Great option
My horses were ok with earplugs but removing the ones without a string wasn't easy. I think when removing the ball earplugs would pull the horses ear hair which made them not want them removed or reinserted. Removing these with the string is so much easier.

Worked for why I needed em for!
These worked awesome got them for my 2 horses for the fair for one of the events that was going on in the grand stands. It takes your horses a little bit to get use to them but they do work.
