It seems like the operation should be easy
It seems like the operation should be easy, but it wasn't. It does its job great once we got a rep to come and help us with it. Very strong pressure. A separate pressure valve is required. That's an additional $450 more. Overall, we are sticking to it. It's become easier to use with time. Good quality machine though.

Save yourself the hassle...
Save yourself the hassle. We purchased this dishwasher in 03/13 and it was installed in 04/13. It had to be serviced the first time in 06/13 because the rinse pump went out. It was serviced another time just a few months later. Today, I called because the brand new rinse pump that was installed has, yet again, gone out and the service department said she would call her tech and have him contact us, but that we aren't under warranty.Forget about that fact that we spent $3,815 on a DISHWASHER that is supposedly capable of running HUNDREDS of racks per day and we probably run 30 per day through it. Forget that we've had to have repairs made TWICE in the first year and that we run the EXACT brands of soap and rinse aid that they recommend. We're on our own now. Because we bought a PILE of crap in March of 2013 that was only going to be good for as long as the warranty lasted. The customer service rep had nothing to say when I asked her at what point is this unit considered to be a lemon and the company.Does it wash dishes? Heck yes it does, when it's operational. For $3815.15 (what I paid) I shouldn't have even had to THINK about having problems in the first 3-5 years - longer when you consider our usage compared to the machine's specs/work capacity.

washes FAST once rinse water gets up to temp (about 20 min for us)
Our church has this brand of dishwasher. I was leery about using it as I had heard whispers about how touchy it was. I did not find that to be the case. I read the directions and followed them and all was well. It amazed me how quickly a rack of dishes is washed....I'd estimate less than five minutes. The main waiting time is for the rinse water to heat up. Once that reaches temp, you are good for as many washes as you need. I agree with another reviewer who mentioned you had to continuously press in the white drain button to drain the water; that is annoying. Otherwise, it has worked well for us. Our frequency of use is two to four times per year. As an addendum, a caterer we have worked with mentioned she has the same washer and uses hers a LOT more and really likes hers (at least every weekend).

Avoid at a costs.
We have had this sanitizer for 2 years. In that time it has broken down at least every other month. This is normal use, not abuse or misunderstanding the washer. It breaks. Regularly. We have had a few commercial washers over the past 25 years. This is hands down the worst.Edited to add: having attempted to contact the company for parts ordering and tech support, they seldom answer their phones. They have never returned a call. When you can get in touch with someone, help provided is minimal. The only good thing I can say is when you do manage to talk to someone, at least they're friendly.

Best way I know to wash yor dishes in less than 5 minutes.
I bought one of these machines 12 years ago and ran it constantly for that period. It is derived from a commercial machine and washes and virtually nearly sterilizes your dishes in less than 5 minutes while those silly home machines take 45 minutes. During the ownership period, I had it serviced once by a commercial kitchen equipment service company, the thermostat burned out. Other than that the draining pump will get clogged and stop functioning if you are not careful with debris. The maufacturer should incorporate a grinder so that you would not have to rinse all debris before washing. The only machine I know with an incorporated grinder is KitchenAid, however it takes 45 minutes minimum to wash your dishes.I like the machine and bought one for every place we live. As far as I know there is only one English company competing with this machine.

It is bad. Again
Spending so much and not even use so much (per cpecs) after 14 months of use, machine start flooding my kitchen. When I open it up, I notice how some hoses over tighted (and I do have experience with all that kind of staff) and red liquid hose was even banded to 90degrees...It is bad. Again, for spending so much, it should be work little be longer. And I do not believe is made in Italy (that is why I bought this machine), sounds like in moms/pops garage somewhere else in Canada...Waste of my money. Upset a lot...$3800 goes to garbage...

I use this machine at work each day, and it seems to do a fine job. What I cannot understand is that at the end of the day, you have to stand there with your finger on the "drain machine" button for at least five minutes while it completely drains. What a bloody waste of time that is!
