They smell lovely, and you really only have to use a little of each - compared to the handful I need for my long hair of other products. It's very concentrated, which I like as a smaller size bottle lasts longer than much larger sizes of other products I've used. It lathers really well, something else I like. I don't know how environmentally friendly these products are, so I leave that to someone more knowledgeable, but on price, scent, pleasure to use? I am really happy with these and will buy again.

This shampoo does not make my hair soft. It does just the opposite. leaves it very dry. I have changed shampoo since buying this one.. Do not recommend if you are a person of color wanting a shampoo that makes your hair soft and manageable. This is definitely not the product soft.

Packaged tightly and well so no leaks and it smells just as the ones i purchased from my stylists..No conplaints i would buy again..I have very long hair and this is by far the best ive used.
