Perfect item that fixed as intended and shipping was fast.

Drops right in and works great. I had bought a cheap Chinesium knock off last year, and thats how long it lasted. So far so good with this OEM version.

It took me a month to install this product. Although I watched how to do it in Youtube, at first, I was still hesitant to install it because, I thought it would be complicated... I almost called a plumber. But it was a very simple installation.... I even learned to assemble and disassemble this product, using the old one that I replaced. As a matter of fact, the old one was not really broken... the leaking was caused by the displacement of the washer for the cold water and for the hot water not coming out all the time, it was the spring that was displaced. I cleaned the whole unit, greased the springs and washers and it's all good !! But of course, I am now using the new one. But this item... I think it is over-priced !!

Better version of the older model, help stop the leakage in my faucet. Very easy to install just have to make sure it is lube. It did not arrive with a lube however

Worked great but we did have to replace the value control piece too as it leaked without a new one so you may want to consider the package. We did three showers.
