Very good diamond alternative
I bought a 6.5 mm and was skeptical about this purchase. I took it into a jeweler and compared it to a classic k color moissanite, and a forever one ($600), and a $9200 perfect cut and d color vsi1 1 carat. I could not tell the difference between this and a forever one, but I thought the expensive diamond actually did shine better, but only in a side by side comparison. I was skeptical with the strange materials it came with, but it is definitely a d color and a quality cut stone. Would make this purchase again in a heartbeat. Glad to find a stone with prime shipping without sacrificing quality. It looks better than the $4500 lab diamond I almost bought. There were no green or yellow hues to the stone, but moissanite has a yellow and red refraction to the sparkle more than diamond.

The real deal!!!! 100% Moissanite in DEF color @ VVS1 in clarity!!!!!!
This is a 100% real moissanite gemstone. I received quickly and on time. I ordered the 1.5cwt (7.5mm) stone and it arrived in a really neat holder with the certificate. The stone looked flawless and was definitely in the DEF color spectrum. Described as VVS1, I certainly could not see any inclusions at all under 10x but I am not an expert.I took the stone to a jeweler to have it mounted and the way they suspected it wasn't a diamond was that it was too perfect of a stone to be a diamond. They took their special hardness rating tool and it immediately showed as moissanite. this is exactly the result I was hoping for as moissanite is what I ordered. The jeweler said "This is a really pretty gem!" I asked to compare it to their selection of 1.5cwt diamonds and it was impossible for me to tell the difference under indoor lighting. She showed me comparable diamonds at this color and clarity with pricing near $10000.Definite value and a win for me!!

Beautiful, Durable, Cost-Effective, Ethical!
The media could not be loaded. I did extensive research so let me break this down for you:Ethics: conflict-free, not owned by the dabeers company (who owns 90%- aka all non conflict diamond mines), not mined from the earth.Cost: A fraction of any diamond or diamond alternativeShine: Moissanite has a higher index of refraction (light reflection) than diamonds.Rarity: moissanite is only found in meteorites and was only able to be reproduced in labs in the ‘90’sDurability: has a hardness just below a diamond (moissanite = 9.5, diamond = 10) on the Richter scale of hardness and is suitable for a lifetime of everyday wear.Pictures don’t do this stone justice! Most Moissanite stones STILL cost several hundred dollars! This is a STEAL and my jeweler confirmed it is moissanite!

Affordable alternative to a natural diamond
The stone was delivered promptly, the packaging was excellent and it tested as moissanite using our jewelers testing equipment. The stone looks very much like a natural diamond when it’s under either bright, artificial lighting, or when it’s in direct sunlight (it has a nice sparkle); however when the lighting is soft or dim, it has a lackluster, faux appearance. That said, there are still many good uses for this affordable option to a natural diamond - we will try smaller sizes in jewelry other than a ring.

Not moissanite
I just took this to a jeweler to be set and he said this was not moissanote but CZ.He also said for the price I paid it definitely was priced a tad too high (should be $30 max). Bare in mind this guy is a local jeweler that has run his family business for 45 years so he knows what he’s talking about. If I wanted a CZ I’d go out and get one.

This is the real deal and is beautiful!!!
I'm going to be honest. I was very leery buying moissanite on Amazon for such a low price compared to the original big name company that I had purchased my previous moissanite stone. But when my original 10+ year old stone started looking greenish, and the color was not covered under their lifetime warranty, I was told that moissanite had improved tremendously through the years and is now almost colorless. Rather than pay $400 for the name-brand replacement stone, I decided (based on all the excellent ratings) to order from Amazon and TopGrillz. This TopGrillz stone arrived exactly as pictured, along with a certificate that stated the features and engraved number. I took it to my jeweler to have my new stone re-set in a new 6-prong setting. It was verified that it was indeed real moissanite, engraved with the certificate number and a very very beautiful stone. My solitaire setting is soldered next to a real 5-diamond band and I cannot tell the difference. The savings is unbelievable and it looks just like a 1.5 carat diamond. I would not hesitate to order from Amazon again! Love it!

Beyond Expectations
The media could not be loaded. I ordered the 2.5 carat to replace my 2.00 carat diamond. The color grade of my diamond was lower than I wanted. It always made me self conscious of my ring. I have had Charles and Colvard Moissanites before and this moissanite is better quality than any of my previous stones. I’m very pleased. Great color with nice sparkle. Not fake looking at all, I wouldn’t put up with that! My ring is very high quality and this moissanite looks perfect set in it! Don’t hesitate to purchase this!

Not a colorless stone
The packaging was beautiful and the certificate was very professional-looking. However, the stone was not even close to colorless. It had a strong yellow tint despite the certificate stating “D” color. To make sure I wasn’t being too sensitive, I asked my husband for his opinion of the stone. Without giving him any idea of my concern, he told me that it looked really yellow. We decided to return it.
