A Worthy Option for Bamboo TP Users
Okay, sure, why not be the first to buy without a single review? Is my backside not sensitive (in the extreme) enough to compose a review about my wiping experience? Am I not capable of guiding the unwiped public through the difficult TP purchasing process? I am a veteran of many brands of non-tree/unbleached/‘natural’ toilet papers, wet wipes and “female” products since 2010–possibly more than the average adult Amazon purchaser. Plus I’m allergic to both corn and gluten, both of which turn up with remarkable frequency in personal care products. And usually undisclosed unless you phone the manufacturer.I ditched big brand and big box store brands early on in this decade, so Kirkland is off my list as much as Charmin. I get rashes from hundreds of common ingredients and am allergic to hundreds of trees as well so recycled products are also verboten. Type “bamboo toilet paper” into the Amazon engine and you’ll get every kind of pretender there is. But my derrière has experienced all the bamboos. Most recently I was using Noo Trees again when this unreviewed recent addition to the menu popped up.I finished the first roll today. I live solo and also use Dude Wipes (you can flush them, no perfume) and sometimes Water Wipes (afraid to flush, but who really knows if you can), but suspect something corny in the Dude Wipes (likely glycerin) has given me another rash....So one roll probably lasts about a weekper person.Texture reminds me of a commercial brand that’s kind of crinkly—but I cannot recall the name. It’s distinctly thinner, claims to be 2-ply but it unrolls as if it’s only 1-ply, but surprisingly sturdy except when wet with #1, when it is prone to a bit of rolling/tearing. I’m willing to believe the two layers are tightly joined, I guess. Also says “hypoallergenic made without nasty chemicals” which doesn’t necessarily rule out ALL chemicals, just “nasty” ones, but so far I haven’t reacted to this. We’ll see....It does have a very sturdy paper core with a slick coating, so at the end the last sheet just slides off without a tug. Starting a roll is very easy—no problems. I’m an apartment dweller so have no access to composting, but I kinda doubt this core would decompose rapidly. Two other bamboo brands under my bathroom sink have the exact same core. (Would be great for kids crafts for sure!) More significant for me was how free of linty dust this is. I’ve noticed that several bamboo papers or faux-‘natural’ brands give off lint like crazy, leaving it on my body, clothes and the roll holder. This is 100% lint-free.It says on the (plastic) package that the company is “woman-founded & run” for anyone who’d purchase toilet paper based on such a criterion.Overall I think the “ginormous” 308 sheet rolls are comparable to larger (not largEST like the Scott single rolls) commercial tp rolls, which is another improvement over most bamboo toilet papers. Most of ‘em won’t last from Mon to Fri. This did. Will I buy again? Yes. When I bought this it was $16.99 for 12 rolls. No one who NEEDS a chemical-free, chlorine-free toilet paper would find that price outrageous. It’s been so long since I bought “grocery store” TP that I have NO idea how much it costs because I won’t buy it regardless. Many toilet papers and pantyliners etc are, in fact, made from corn or wheat waste which are commonly linked to vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, pelvic inflammatory disease etc. If you’re a woman with any kind of “below the waist” issue, I urge you to change the products you use.Overall score for bamboo—4.75/5Pretty darn good.I’ll update if my opinion changes.

Sustainable toilet paper!!!
This is my first time buying bamboo toilet paper, and I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised! I would never have thought that toilet paper could be made with bamboo but I’m a fan of bamboo products because of how sustainable bamboo is to grow compared with other kinds of wood. Now that I know bamboo TP is available, it feels like a natural step for me in switching in more sustainable household products. I’m happy with the thickness of the sheets—not as fluffy as traditional TP but durable and well worth the fact that it is free from BPA, bleach, fragrances and other harmful chemicals. Glad to be supporting a sustainable, woman-run company!

Super Fly for a 2 Ply TP Guy
I LOVE this toilet paper!! It is so incredibly soft and durable. I’m a major snob when it comes to the thickness of toilet paper, but this has totally surpassed my expectations. The fact that it’s non-toxic and environmentally friendly is the cherry on top and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Plus- all that TP for $20!? A steal!

Better than most!
Like this bamboo TP better than most of them, and definitely better than TP made from recycled paper. It's stronger than most, doesn't fall apart easily. Even works okay with Qleanse foam (alternative to using wipes). We get ours at Whole Foods for much less than the price here (hope I didn't just jinx that).

It's Woonderful
My doctor said I needed to switch to a type of bath tissue like this. I could not find anything like it in the grocery store so I turned to Amazon. I found Bim Bam Boo and I'm so glad, it is soft and strong.

Amazing sustainable toilet paper!
Quite honestly, this is the best sustainable toilet paper I’ve ever used. It is time we all make an effort to live more carbon neutral lives and by using this toilet paper you can make that effort mindlessly. Before purchasing bamboo toilet paper, I had to use sheet after sheet in order to totally clean my dirt star. Now all I need is one sheet!Less sheets per poo and it’s carbon neutral! What else would you want in your toilet paper?
