This is a cheap ordinary foam neck pillow. So, it does not shape itself around your neck like a memory foam neck pillow does. The cover is also NOT removable to be washed, though the listing says it is washable. Looks like the design is copied from an actual memory foam neck pillow. But because it is ordinary foam, it has too much foam at the back and pushes your neck forward instead of supporting it all around like an actual memory foam neck pillow does.It arrived while I was away travelling. So, I got to try it only after many days. And I had throw away the packaging. So, did not try returning the neck pillow. If you are looking for a comfortable neck pillow made of actual memory foam, don't waste your money on this one. Buy a real memory foam neck pillow.
