What's a 'bildschirm'?
I got this for Christmas, hoping to track heart rate, blood pressure and sleep quality. I set it up with the H app I on my iPhone, sat with the manual, watch on, iPhone in hand. I had trouble with the Chinese to English translation, apparently the viewing screen is called the bildschirm. The "wearing test" eluded me, and apparently I am vulnerable to a "wearing miscarriage".After a long night's sleep, it said I had 1 hour sleep.I may be too stupid to use this watch. The price is low, but it should be free, because it is worthless. I will send it back.

tracker
Arrived yesterday, a day late but no big deal. A bit more challenging to set up then regular fit bit. Was able to synk easy enough but I can seem to activate the 'sleep' feature, which I wanted. The things that are working, work well but 'sometimes' it's tough to activate the screen. Getting to the next screen is even more difficult....sometimes. So far, the unit is very inconsistent but maybe it's me. I should have gone with a regular fitbit but I wanted the blood pressure feature....I have low to normal blood pressure so thought if this worked accurately, I'd get one for hubby, whose bld pressure is high. Don't think I would buy this unit again. It's okay but less than perfect. Band is large with many options for length-good feature. Looks sleek and attractive.

App is terrible
I got this mainly for the blood pressure measurement that my fitbit doesn't offer. Well, I'm keeping my fitbit and will just put this one on a few times a day when I want to test my blood pressure. The app requires permission to access your contacts, etc., even if you select for it not to notify you of anything with calls, texts or other apps. I refuse to use a product that has an intrusive app. Every time I tried to skip that part of the app installation process it kept bringing me to the permission page of my phone to give it permission to access everything and anything. Not worth it. I may just return it, actually. I do not recommend.

Not as accurate as the previous model
This is the second mgaolo fitness band I have purchased. I liked the first one, but the band broke. I purchased the new model since the old one was discontinued. It seems this one does not work as well. The heart rate and blood pressure monitors do not take measurements every hour consistently. Seems like there are gaps in the times when there should have been measurements.I also have issues recording my sleep. I have worn it for over 3 weeks and have yet to have one night of sleep measured. However it has recorded me as sleeping when I have been awake.

Works Great & Very Accurate Sleep Data as Compared to More Expensive Models
Those bad reviews must be from competitors because the one I bought works great especially the sleep function. I bought a different one with ECG functions and the sleep data function is not as good as this model. Pretty easy to figure out once you get the app, and the app is the same app for any other one using the H-Band, just more or less functions on different devices, thus same on the app. Bought mine at a discount from Amazon and have had zero issues and going to use this one for the sleep function.

Not able to charge
I did not start using this product until at least a couple of weeks after I received it. I mostly used it to monitor my heart rate and blood pressure. They both seemed to be accurate but on my phone only the heart rate would show up on record. Then the battery died. I used many different USB charges but it still wouldn't take a charge. I brought it to a tech store and he managed to charge it and said there was a glitch. I got him down to $15 for his service. I used it again, but this time the heart rate didn't show up on record on the phone. In normal time the battery died, but again I'm not able to charge it. I'm certainly not going to put more money into it. I should have originally spent the money on the name brand instead.

Default product
A complete waste of money. This product stopped working twice in less than one month after activation. It completely stopped working after one month. It is not even worth $36. This product should not be allowed to be on Amazon. I deserve my money back for this product.

Mgaolo Heart Rate Smart Bracelet Y39 (Mar 2021)
I am a senior and not very savvy. I do not have a cell phone but I do have an Apple IPad and was able to download the app. It took me a while to figure out how to set up all the features, but when I did, it is really neat. I set it so it takes my BP every hour and shows on a chart, and it records my steps walked and my heart rate. The only thing I did not set up is the sleep tracking because I do not wear the watch to bed. There is also a function that you can press to turn the watch off at night so it does not waste the battery and so far I have not had to recharge the batter in 10 days! This watch is very sleek and looks nice. The band is comfortable and flexible. I highly recommend it. A great deal for the price. I contacted Mgaolo regarding the 3 year warranty and they responded quickly and set me up. Good customer service is important.

Terrible App - look up H Band on app store before buying.
The watch itself is great, but you cannot use it without the absolutely terrible app, called H Band. What makes this app so terrible?1) It needs to run constantly, draining the battery on your phone2) It disconnects constantly, requiring you to restart your phone and reconnect to bluetooth. Seriously, I did a 45 minute, 5000 step workout and it logged less than 1000 steps.3) Because it constantly disconnects, the step count is a joke.Needless to say, I am returning it. It's a shame, because the watch itself is really nice.

Not very accurate
Got this to replace a very basic Fitbit so I could track more stuff and also have the time display, which my Fitbit didn't have. Initially, this tracker felt quite big and clunky on my wrist but I'm used to it now.The BP and heart rate seem to be accurate based on my known BP level and rate. I'm not sure how accurate the sleep tracker is though - I wore the Fitbit sleep tracker on my other wrist for the first few days and the difference was quite significant. Who knows which one is more accurate though? For the step counter, again there's a significant difference between my Fitbit and this tracker. The Fitbit tracker needed to know my stride length and even which wrist I was wearing it on, so I'm assuming it was more accurate than this one, which (to my knowledge) has no such individualized settings. The nice part is that I can look down and see my approximate number of steps without having to go to an app on my phone.I love that this is water resistant so I don't have to worry about taking it off many times a day just to wash my hands. That would be far too much trouble, especially during these Covid days. Bottom line is that I'm happy with this and would recommend it.Update: For several days in a row, the sleep tracker is claiming that I slept less than 6 hours - beginning well after midnight each time. I'm always asleep by 11:00 so this makes no sense. Last night it clocked 4.5 hours of sleep (including periods of restlessness), beginning at 2:45 this morning, which is ridiculously wrong. I checked to see if the battery was running down but it isn't. I'm going to return it and try something else. If the sleep tracker is this far off of reality, I don't trust the step tracker either.Update: I've received two e-mails from this company bribing me to remove my low review. I just received a third e-mail, worded exactly the same, for a different product (presumably the same company). No wonder this tracker has so many wonderful reviews.

Very useful
Overall a good product, I'm a high school student and it comes with almost everything needed. I usually use it to track walking and running, but it only comes with 10 basic exercises, including swimming. Not recommend for professional athletes who want to track other activities such as weight and core training.Sleep tracking could get a little wonky for those who lay in bed for long periods of time before actually sleeping. Otherwise, everything else is decently accurate.Their app seemed a little sketchy at first and uses phone battery a little faster than I'd hope. It comes with many functions and has a record of activity and sleep daily.Fun part: it tracks your light and deep sleep and gives it a rating haha

A few cons
I like this and it is very helpful as a general guide to patterns of my blood pressure etc. However there are two things that specifically bug me.You can't go very far from your phone because contrary to the seller's note of roughly 30' it is more like 15-20' maximum. When you are out of range it buzzes continually as it tries to reconnect with the phone. It gets a bit irritating to go to the bathroom *without* my phone in hand. The other thing I dislike is the sleep cycle timer. If you lay down at 9pm to watch a video on your device until 11pm it counts that as sleep. The sleep times are strictly set to your time zone and are not adjustable. If you have a two-hour nap in the middle of the day it will not track that because it's not during the 'night'. So this would not be recommended for a shift worker that sleeps during the day.I'm not sure if I would recommend this because those two thing irritate me, but mainly the sleep times. Therefore I don't know if I can count on the accuracy of the other things.
