We ordered these drums for our Brother MFC-9130CW in December 2020 but did not install until a few months ago. Now when we print something, the words smear in certain locations on the paper. We would ask for a FULL REFUND FOR THESE DRUMS. They are not working at all! Thank you,

Two of the four cartridges arrived broken! Also, the brand shown on Amazon (the brand that I though I was purchasing) is not the brand I received! DO NOT BUY!

And a small issue but it was corrected timely and with understanding.

Trying to cancel my previous review of non brand cartridges

Very cheap and does not hold toner cartridge securely and hinders print quality. Would not recommend

I actually bought this one and OPM. Had previously purchased and used OPM so I was easily able to compare. Works just fine. As of the moment, I have not had any issues. 👍

This brand of drums did not even register in my printer like the last set did. My printer still errors all of the time. I would not buy these again.
